Database Administrator
We are in need of an experienced Database Administrator to join our growing team in Beer-Sheva. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and performance of the databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures and schemas
- Monitor database performance and make necessary optimizations
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery plans
- Develop scripts for automating routine tasks
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure database integration with applications
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in database management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (DBMS)
- Experience with data backup, recovery, and security procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Beer-Sheva, Israel (remote work may be considered)
