Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different finishes and application techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Attention to detail with an eye for quality control
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
