We are in search of a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Remish. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment on roofs or other structures according to plans
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs
- Educate clients on how to use their solar energy systems effectively
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after installations
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine suitable locations for solar panel installations
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in solar technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or associate degree in electrical or solar technology is preferred
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Familiarity with electrical wiring diagrams
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols when working with electricity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
