Entry-Level Solar Installer

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Solar Installer in Remish. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panels on both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and racking systems
- Ensure all equipment is properly installed and secured according to safety regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installations or maintenance
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. No previous experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. However, experience in construction or electrical work is a plus.
