Teamlead - Supply Chain Management


As a Teamlead for Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the supply chain process to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services. You will lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the supply chain process and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to coordinate supply chain activities.
- Analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions regarding inventory levels, ordering quantities, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in supply chain management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Acre (visa sponsorship available)
