We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in order to achieve company growth targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate would be an Israeli national or have valid work permits for Israel.
