Preservation Architect



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Dickirch. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while maintaining their original design and character. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. As an international company, we are offering visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on historical buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans and proposals
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Overseeing the restoration process to ensure compliance with preservation guidelines
- Developing strategies for long-term maintenance of preserved structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of historical construction techniques and materials
- Familiarity with local building codes and preservation regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German or French is a plus)
