Insurance Sales Agent - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (for Egyptian Nationals)



As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients in the Riyadh area. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. This is a full-time position suitable for Egyptian nationals with a competitive salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service
- Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand their insurance needs
- Explain insurance policies, coverage, and benefits to clients
- Customize insurance plans to fit individual client needs
- Meet sales targets set by the company on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Work closely with team members and managers to develop new strategies for increasing sales
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities

Requirements:

- Egyptian nationality
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of basic insurance concepts is a plus but not required – training will be provided
