As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in construction, manufacturing, or other industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, forklifts, etc.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Read and understand job orders to determine appropriate equipment use
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
