Administrator for a Dynamic Company in Jerusalem
A prestigious and dynamic company in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
- Assist with preparing and submitting financial reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
Location: This position is based in Jerusalem. Applicants must have the right to work in Israel.
