Administrative Assistant - Jerusalem, Israel
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to work legally in Israel without visa sponsorship
Salary: $1600/month
