Mason Supervisor
As a Mason Supervisor in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to complete various construction projects. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating work schedules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and providing on-site guidance and training to team members. You must have at least 5 years of experience as a mason and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. The ideal candidate should also have a thorough understanding of construction materials, techniques, and equipment. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1300 per month.

In this role, you will be expected to:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons for different construction projects.
- Plan work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide on-site guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used.
