Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Remish, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements of land and structures for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes. You must have a strong understanding of surveying principles and equipment, as well as knowledge of various software programs used in the field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying and hold a valid surveying license. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other land features
- Use various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels to collect data
- Analyze collected data and create accurate maps, drawings, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project planning
- Maintain records of survey data and prepare legal descriptions for properties
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
- Valid surveying license required
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other similar software programs
