Sales Manager - Muscat
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth in Muscat. Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the sales budget, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure goals are met.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Additionally, knowledge of the local market and industry trends is essential to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
