Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Muharraq. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating the construction process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders. You must also possess excellent time management abilities and be able to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage project resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to all stakeholders
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
