As an Entry Level Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our workshop. Your role will involve working with metal pieces to shape them into desired forms and sizes according to project specifications. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and other machinery to create metal parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments to accurately measure, cut, drill, and shape metal pieces
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and make any necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Basic understanding of machining processes and machinery operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
