Senior Architect (Contract) - Ashdod, Israel


We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction process of various projects. This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and presenting architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish
- Reviewing and approving project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Identifying potential issues or challenges and providing timely solutions
- Mentoring and guiding junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Israel
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Israel
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Hebrew language

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. However, we are open to considering candidates who require visa sponsorship.
