Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in El-Ain. As a Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain various types of machinery used in our production process. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep accurate records of production data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and tools used in production processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Flexibility to work in shifts if needed
