We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in the beautiful city of Clairvaux. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed technical plans and drawings for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and compliant with building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Use CAD software to create detailed technical drawings for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop designs that meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for accurate drawings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Review and analyze project proposals to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architectural technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
