Accountant vacancy in Bayan Kuwait

Accountant - Indian Nationals only



We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Bayan on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct month-end close processes and assist with year-end audits
- Monitor cash flow and manage budget variances
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Good time-management skills
- Fluent in English

Benefits:
This is an urgent position with immediate start date. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation provided by the company. Visa sponsorship will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
