Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, data entry, etc.
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (additional language skills preferred)
Salary: $900 per month
Nationality Preference: Indians or Egyptians
Location Preference: Medina
