Restaurant Manager (Clairvaux)
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Clairvaux. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional events or offers to attract customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
