Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial goals. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and handle payroll
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a positive working relationship with kitchen staff and other team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
