Our growing architecture firm in Clairvaux is seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with our team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the design and development of architectural projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
