Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist
- Excellent cutting and styling skills
- Knowledge of current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Great customer service skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services to clients
- Keep up with current trends in men's grooming and offer style suggestions to clients
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Collect payment from clients for services rendered
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
