We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Remish. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and fixing minor plumbing issues
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Install new equipment and fixtures as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential problems or hazards
- Keep all tools and equipment in good working condition
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate with management regarding any repairs or maintenance needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license (preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
