Loader Supervisor
As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles. Your main duties will include supervising a team of loaders, ensuring that all loading procedures are performed efficiently and safely, and maintaining accurate records of loaded goods. You will also be required to work closely with other departments to coordinate loading schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during the loading process. Additionally, you may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks to assist with loading when needed. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role supervising loaders
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading procedures

Salary: $1100/month
