We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies for menu planning

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
$1600 per month with accommodation provided.
