Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for senior management
- Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative inquiries
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for office operations
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
