Architectural Technologist - Visa Sponsorship (Wiltz, Luxembourg)

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting our team of architects with technical aspects of design and construction projects. This includes creating detailed drawings and models using various software programs, conducting site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress, and collaborating with engineers and contractors.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and construction technology, along with excellent technical skills and attention to detail. You should also be able to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals on design projects
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software programs
- Strong technical skills for creating detailed drawings/models
- Familiarity with building codes/regulations in Luxembourg is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
