Sales Representative


We are a growing retail company looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Ashdod. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Meet individual and team sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the management team
- Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and features
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ways to attract new customers
- Keep track of sales data and prepare reports for management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in Hebrew; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Availability for full-time work with occasional evening or weekend shifts
