Florist Specialist

As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, maintaining inventory, and assisting with sales and consultations. We are looking for someone with a passion for flowers, excellent communication skills, and a creative eye. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, plus accommodation. Malayalees with biometric passports and the ability to speak English fluently are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Selecting and arranging flowers according to customer requests
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service through consultations and sales
- Designing unique floral arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, or funerals
- Keeping work area clean and organized
- Assisting with general shop tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in floral design is not required but considered an asset
