A leading construction company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in surveying and land development. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, preferably in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish precise locations, measurements, and boundaries for construction projects
- Interpret data from maps, deeds, and other records to determine property boundaries
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Create maps and reports for project managers and clients
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of all collected data
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to plan projects and solve any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land development processes and regulations
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maps
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
