Welder - Khasab, Oman



We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and be able to work full-time. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join metal parts and components, as well as ensuring the quality and durability of the finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
- Determine the appropriate welding technique for each project
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including gas and arc welders
- Clean and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Weld metal parts according to specifications, using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with hot metals and welding equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety precautions when working with hot metals and welding equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.
