We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a preservation architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures while also ensuring their functionality and safety for modern use.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history and significance of historic buildings and structures
- Develop plans for preserving, restoring, and renovating historical sites
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation projects are completed successfully
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and historical preservation standards
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historical structures and recommend necessary repairs or renovations
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations on preservation projects for clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and historical preservation guidelines
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. However, flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
