Contract Administrator (Pakistani Nationals)
We are hiring a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts for our company. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for Pakistani nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensuring all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Collaborating with departments to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Tracking contract changes, amendments, and extensions
- Addressing any contract-related issues or disputes that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or similar role
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the construction industry or with government contracts is a plus.
- Fluency in Urdu/Hindi would be beneficial.
