Administrator - Al-Khor, Egypt
We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This position is open to both Malayalees and Egyptians, with proficiency in English being a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and managing expenses.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Liaising with various departments within the company and external clients.
- Assisting with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in English - both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
