Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor for our construction company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As the Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects. Your duties will include planning and organizing the daily tasks of masons, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations, and managing materials and equipment needed for projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust schedules as needed
- Train new masons on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, equipment maintenance, and project progress
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Conduct performance evaluations for masons

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
-Skilled in using various hand tools such as hammers, chisels, trowels etc.
-Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
-Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Kuwait.
