Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team in Kathmandu, Nepal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests and clients. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area at all times
- Process payments accurately using the hotel's computer system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
