Indian Cuisine Chef


We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes, as well as incorporating modern techniques and flavors into our menu. Your role will also involve managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ensure food quality by inspecting ingredients for freshness and taste-testing dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, including spices, cooking methods, and regional variations
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also maintaining authenticity in flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a focus on food presentation
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
