Part-Time Preservation Architect


We are seeking a talented and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Herzliya. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the restoration and preservation of historical buildings and structures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for preserving cultural heritage and architectural history.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on historical buildings, structures, and sites
- Developing preservation plans and strategies based on research findings
- Collaborating with engineers, historians, and other professionals to ensure preservation plans are feasible and accurate
- Creating detailed drawings and models of proposed restoration projects
- Overseeing construction teams to ensure preservation standards are met
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and government officials regarding preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, cultural heritage, and preservation techniques
- Experience working on restoration or preservation projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills

Compensation:
This is a part-time role offering 1000$ salary per month. We also provide accommodation for non-local employees. Additionally, we offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket for international candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Herzliya, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate for this opportunity.
