Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, as well as providing guidance and support to help them reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their current fitness level, health history, and goals
- Design customized workout plans based on client's individual needs and preferences
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program as needed
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and lifestyle habits for overall health and wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to create personalized programs for individuals with different fitness levels, abilities, or limitations
- Current CPR/AED certification preferred
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Vilnius

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and offers a positive work environment. We also offer ongoing training opportunities to help our trainers stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends.
