Part-Time Personal Trainer in Vilnius, Lithuania


We are a fitness center located in the bustling city of Vilnius, Lithuania and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Personal Trainer to join our team. As a personal trainer, you will work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and nutritional guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and create customized training plans
- Provide personalized one-on-one or group training sessions to clients based on their specific needs and abilities
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and offer modifications for clients with injuries or limitations
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new research in exercise science

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 1 year of experience working with clients
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in Lithuanian is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1300$ per month.
