Sales Executive


We are a rapidly growing retail company located in the vibrant city of Doha. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This position is open to individuals of any nationality, but we are specifically looking for Indians and Malayalees who are fluent in English.

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to increase sales and meet revenue targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and new products/services
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam is an advantage)
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus
