Senior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of commercial buildings, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to create innovative and sustainable designs that meet project goals and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial building projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget limitations
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Make adjustments to designs as needed in response to client feedback or unexpected challenges during construction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Proficient in CAD software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from various disciplines
- Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay within budget constraints

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (accommodation provided)
