We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for computer systems and peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other related devices
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Provide training to clients on how to use new technology or software

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of clients
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
