ESL Teacher

ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher - Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ESL Teacher to join our international language academy in Herzliya, Israel. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to non-native speakers of all ages and levels. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of their students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters student confidence in using English
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share resources, and implement effective teaching practices
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching ESL to students of various ages and backgrounds
- Native or near-native fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred
- Experience living or working abroad is an asset
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students to learn English
- Adaptability, flexibility, patience, and cultural sensitivity

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. In addition, we offer visa sponsorship for non-Israeli citizens.
