Job Title: Barista (Clairvaux, Contract)


As a Barista at our busy cafe in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee drinks for our customers. We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista who is passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink by following standard recipes and preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the espresso machine, grinder, and other equipment
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them in choosing beverages from our menu
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy while adhering to company procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies needed for drinks
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the cleanliness of the cafe at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of different coffee types and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in every drink served
- Ability to work well as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/certification is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.
