IT Manager - Clairvaux


We are searching for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage and maintain hardware and software assets
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements
- Oversee the deployment of new systems or upgrades to existing systems
- Train employees on how to use new or updated technology
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored offsite

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve complex issues
