Carpenter Supervisor


As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of carpenters in the construction of various projects. You will be based in Vilnius, overseeing the construction process and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of carpenters on site
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution
- Train and mentor new carpenters, providing guidance on techniques and safety procedures
- Oversee inventory management of materials and tools
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Communicate progress updates with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is preferred
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
The salary for this role is $1100 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, but may require travel to different job sites within the city.
